Of course the hardest part will be getting dressed but if you really want to tap into the best version mindfully then getting out of your home, putting on your favorite walking/jogging shoes and going on a walk will increase your visibility to your next chess moves. Something having to do with the suns rays hitting your beautiful skin. Also opens your chakras for more self love by increasing levels of vitamin D.


If you are feeling well enough go for a light jog. Or consider planting. Yes, I also think about planting random fruit trees in my neighborhood.


What if you went to your local Lowe’s or Home Depot or ordered a few apple trees and started planting them near your home? Sounds wierd to the majority but you are not the majority.


The feeling you are feeling right now, is a feeling of lack, do something about it, get in touch with nature help others who are already working on themselves and with that my dear friend your guided path will be shown to you.
